If Coach E is really trying to copy the Rams offense then I'm on board 100%. That would be exciting to see in Death Valley.

Yea now just go get Sean McVay to come run it.

You can’t expect s guy to just watch another team play and install their offense as his own effectively.

you can take some of their plays though

the long bomb to Cupp was a thing of beauty. basically got him running a wheel from the opposite tackle, matched up against a LB. game over once he clears out.

The offense we are running will be great when we execute it...play calling isn't really the issue.

LSU was practicing this route Wednesday. Hopefully they'll use it this weekend.

I don't understand why people go ape shits for chocolate and make vanilla a punching bag. They're both delicious. That is some tasty looking ice-cream, I'd eat the hell out of it and I betcha a bistro around here would want at least 15 bucks for it. That picture conveys good craftsmanship and skill on the part of whoever made that ice cream and also the scopes. I'm sorry man, I'm not feeling this picture metaphor unless you're just randomly posting attractive looking things. People do this, and it's an honorable practice.

It's incredible how wide open some of those WRs get

You don't see that often in the NFL

I like what the Rams are doing, but take away pretty much their entire o line and see how productive they are.

Yes, please be as good as one of the best offensive minds in the game.l, and as innovative as a 32 year old NFL Head Coach

Not to say the Rams offense isn't/wasn't VERY productive, but their whole offense last night revolved around matching up their speedy receivers and Todd Gurly against the Minnesota LB (Barr IIRC?). All that remains is pass protection and accurate passes that are caught.

It wasn't some creative marvel, but truly a TERRIBLE defensive game-plan that apparently was a tendency that McVay and Goff attacked. I can't believe Minnesota didn't adjust sooner and give that poor bastard some deep help. The LB's pass coverage sucks, and you're asking him to cover fast receivers while respecting the Rams running game with the reigning offensive player of the year at RB.

Coach E, remember that you are undefeated and ranked 5th in the country....please don't change shite.

We are also near the bottom of the CFB scene in offensive production.

E, please change shite

It was so ridiculous that people thought watching a couple of practices would result in our offense becoming the Rams.

I don't know why this concept is so difficult. Instead of having Ensminger go watch some of McVay's practices, go hire McVay. Not literally but go get the guy that runs the offense you want to run. Not that fricking hard.

Creative and fun to watch, one can hope.

The problem is as college students they can't put in the time that an NFL offense can to run offenses that complex and creative. It's an unfair expectation.

There it goes, "everything." You have a hard on for absolutes.

every time you post, you prove me right.

And let's be real, If we implemented pieces of the Rams offense, you wouldn't even be able to tell.

My post history as a whole proves you wrong. I've given credit where I've felt credit was due to Orgeron. You've succumbed to confirmation bias.

Well what I do know is what is reality, which is our offense objectively being a steaming pile when it was promised that it would be prolific.
