Horrible decision if true. There are few fields that pay the type of money as coaches, and he appeared to be a rising star.

Coaching lifestyles are a grind and terrible for family life, though. May have been a lifestyle decision.

Dude will make bank and not have to live the coaching lifestyle. Coaching ain’t for everyone.

He’ll be getting a raise going from GA or Analyst to Mockler. Working decent hours and home every night.

I think people don’t respect just how much of a grind coaching is and how little the guys like Lac are making.
