Sure, He is a very good player . But after watching a few OSU games, I really don't think he should have been invited to New York. What say you?

Not the way he finished the season. He barely put up stats to close the season.

Young should’ve gotten the Fournette treatment the way he fizzled out.

FWIW:
It is now known as the Tua treatment.

LOL. Young was a nonentity and the recipient of the Ohio State hype machine. In contrast, Chaisson lived in the Oklahoma backfield and was truly a disruptive player. I think he ll be a handful for Clemson.

The Heisman was awarded a couple of weeks ago, he did not win

Young's weekly performance was a direct product of the OL talent he faced. Got no take on the Heisman, every year deserving guys are left out and less deserving guys make the group. Did Young ever take over a game to the extent Honey Badger did in the SECCG or Jefferson did last night? I don't put a lot of stock in Heisman winners above all others. Well, other than Burrow obviously. ;)

We was invited to New York because the media salivates over Ohio State more than anyone else.

The thing I noticed as well, it wasn’t like Young was facing multiple blockers on every single play either. He was matched up 1 on 1 a lot of the time.

Totally agree. He didn't redirect well and looked awkward when Clemson ran options at him. He is a solid edge rusher that has to be chilled to stalemate.

He had two really good games (and was suspended for two, which i thought were bullshite suspensions).

With that said. Is he good? Yes. Is he Heisman trophy good? No. You have to be consistent.

Good player but honestly K'lavon had at least as good of a season as Young did.

He’s so overrated. You would think he’s a warren sapp or honey badger. He’s not. Just hype

Yes, no doubting he is a very good talent, but take away all the media hype and how many plays did he make over the last few games of the season? The rumor about him taking off or disappearing on many plays seems to be justified...

Personally...wouldn't trade Chaisson for 3 just like him. He is vastly over rated.

Name the best Offensive tackle Chase played against in weeks 1 - 10. They all sucked, with concrete as feet. He has been trending down as the opposing OT's he faced were more athletic, but not elite.

The point of him in Nee York was to water down the Skill position only heisman perspective which it really is

I got a kick out of them showing him on isolated replays and he was always 2 steps from making the play and the announcers were trying to act like he was sooo close to being a disruptive force. They then showed a banner that said he was 8 or 9 quarters since his last sack.

Young will be drafted well, but he isn’t what he’s made out to be.
