Sounds to me like he's saying they didn't tackle for [a full] 4 quarters...60 minutes. That's true and today is "Tell the truth monday". I see nothing wrong with his comment.

Kiffin did us a solid by trying to attack the edges for 3 and a half quarters. Once we got to the end of the line they started pounding the middle with scarborough and the qb.

However, our defense was left on the field for too long because of crap offensive lineman blocking and terrible offensive scheme.

No one disagrees with this, and taking a partial statement out of context doesn't mean Coach O disagrees with the statement either.
Does that somehow mean the defense should be complacent with how they played? Does that mean you aren't allowed to critique that phase of the game?

They were gassed after that shite show of an offense. If the offense played as hard as the defense we would have blown bama out the water. Boutte getting pancaked was the worst play the entire game.

Being physically unable to execute because you are on the field the entire half is not the same as a break down IMO.

LSU actually lead in time of possession at the half. After the Bama TD, Bama pocessed the ball for 9 minutes and LSU held them to a FG. Fatigue wasn't a problem.
