Oh I did watch it, and I don't agree with the OP.

CEO told it like it is. Saban says the same stuff. Ranters are going to say whatever, but you can't be more frank than what he covers in the video.

Are y'all really too fricking irrational to realize that there is truth to what he is saying? They broke down at the most critical point of the game by missing tackles, assignments, etc. Sure, it was due to exhaustion—hands were on the hips and such, and that's credited to the offense not keeping the defense off of the field. But that does not negate the fact that the defense broke down against bama once again. Goes to show the depth issue in our front seven.

It's pointless to try to explain to these pussies. Tigerstick is bleeding all over the place in another thread because Orgeron said that Cam Robinson should be at LSU.

The defense was not the weak link here. They got 2 turnovers and the offense did nothing with them.

Well ...they should have gotten the turnovers inside the 15 yard line so we could run 3 plays and kick a field goal.

The defense gave up a first down on 3rd and 17, on 3rd and 9, and let them break off several long runs. He isn't wrong in what he said.

They probably got tired from being on the field all game and most of the 2nd half. Either way they played well enough to win.

....for four quarters. He's correct. They broke down in the fourth quarter. I know alot of that has to do with the offense not extending drives, but he is correct. Beckwith was in position to make the tackle but he missed.

You tell em Coach O! I mean the Defense couldn't even score one touchdown. The D totally let the offense down.

After listening to the full presser from Monday, he did mention the style of offense it takes to beat Bama which is different from the Pro-Style that he mentioned before.

Both incoming QB's are capable of running dynamic versions of the spread. I don't know if the current OC is the guy to guide them.

The thing is, NOTHING negative should have been said about the defensive effort that night after only giving up 10 points. It should have ALL been placed on the offense's shoulders. Your team should NEVER lose a game when the opposing team is held to 10 points.

Well if he is a any coach worth his salt after he said this he should launch nuclear bombs at the offense.
