I despise colored fields, especially when the uniforms are the same color as the turf.The blending of the colors sometimes makes it difficult to keep up with what is happening, something definitely not intended to be part of the game originally.

These fields make no damn sense. If one kid commits to a school b/c of the color of their football field they should be locked in a room with Mike Leach.

I think it would look alot better if it was just purple. The grey/silver is not a good look to me.

i understand why a fan would hate it... but if i were a player, it wouldn't affect me... i'm not looking at the turf in the process of playing the game, i'm looking straight ahead

Been there and walked it. Looks pretty amazing in person. It was built by a company in Baton Rouge believe it or not. Same company that builds most if not all of LSU's fields.

To me, there is nothing worse than those horrible colored fields. In fact, I won't even watch any games when they are played on them. Disgusting.
