Yes, but unless you are a member of the House of Representatives, not by you. The state process is similar to the federal process, impeachment by the House and trial by the Senate.
Considering there is a supermajority of Republicans in both, impeachment is virtually impossible.
Likewise with a recall. The process is so difficult, especially for a statewide elected official (start by getting the signatures of 20% of the registered voters in the state), it just isn't going to happen.
