I asked about this a few times a while back and never got an answer. In the limited innings I seen him, he sat around 92. He was supposed to be a guy pushing near 100 mph. Was he throwing a cutter, taking some off to get it over the plate, or did he lose some arm strength?
Either way, we see that the mlb scouts probably didn’t agree with the scouting sites that had him as first round talent.
