He remind me of Romo. But a winner. Romo is a great guy. Just not a winner when it mattered.

Aaron Rodgers has probably the best arm talent to ever play the game. The only one that may be better is Marino.

Foles is a good comparison. His build and mechanics remind me a little bit of Jared Goff. Goff has a stronger arm, but Burrow is tougher and more mobile.

His build and mechanics remind me a lot of Kerry Collins, but he's obviously more mobile than Collins was

Jawalrus had a fricking howitzer for an arm.
Apparently he still does. Someone said he showed up to a practice earlier this year and hit the cross bar from 60yds out on his first try.

When he was in college I watched him take a knee on the 50yd line and throw the ball through the uprights. It was almost effortless for him.

Alex Smith. Pretty accurate, good athlete, decent arm strength, can extend plays, tough

His toughness and demeanor remind me of Jim McMahon.

His accuracy lately has been Tom Brady/Drew Brees esque.

I hate the cowgirls but Romo is a good aspiration. Way worse qbs than Romo won the superbowl. But I don't see it as a comp. I don't have a better idea either.
Burrow right now looks like a solid pocket passer with downhill running ability that can hurt you if he chooses it strategically. Who's a good example of that?

That was good enough for a first pick at least.

It isn't the arm strength of Rodgers, it is his quick release that sets him apart
it's a lot of things that sets Rodgers apart. Seriously, he's incredibly talented, smart, tough, mobile, deadly accurate on the run, etc. Oh, and he happens to have a ridiculous cannon for an arm.

Call me crazy, but I think burrows throwing motion is very Brady-esque. Both keep their upper body very upright and still

Call me crazy, but I think Tom Brady is be a good comp for Joe. Both are very cerebral and command a ton of authority in their respective offenses. Both have great pocket presence and trust their receivers. Similar build also, though Burrow is much more mobile.

Blake Bortles probably. Hopefully doesn't go to a team like the Jags and get killed by a terrible O-line.

As grear as an arm Rodgers has, Mahomes maybe slightly better. He threw a pass against the Raiders off his back foot, with a blitzer in his face with just a flick of his wrist that went 53 yards in the air & it was on the money. Mahomes is simply a freak of nature.

You can see the throw at the 10:09 mark

Troy Aikman - 6-4, 216lbs
Joe Burrow - 6-4, 216lbs

Accuracy and leadership for both are their best traits.

Yep Aikman is probably the best comparison I've seen.
