Middle linebacker/inside linebacker is a more cerebral position than other spots on the defense. I know the first place I'd search for a cerebral player is Mississippi JUCOs.
Defensive linemen and corners can be found in JUCOs.

I was excited about Strong’s potential as anyone in the preseason
It was apparent early on that he doesn’t have the ability to be an SEC backer
That’s what happens when you rely on JUCO transfers. Most dont work out

Bugg is brand new, only played in 5 games and is in 3rd in tackles amongst LBs.
