If true that kinda explains this teams disarray & lack of execution. CFB has become Moneyball.

Hire a young hungry up and comer looking to make a name for himself. Forget these stupid contracts and extend no more than 5 years. Forget the splash hire.

Finebaum crucified Belichick for doing this during UNCs bye week and said hes never seen a coach do that in all his years covering the sport, but Moscona said he's definitely seen coaches do it before.

That’s why I said “when”

As long as this offensive staff and Sandals are in the building we have at minimum one more loss coming up

for 10 million a year you can take PTO in the offseason. Not even a sunbelt coach would do this during the reg season

No one cares whether or not you doubt it. Now Unlucky has confirmed it. It’s true.

Sorry, Mrs. Kelly. Frequent trips to Sandals are in your future

Spurrier famously did this during an off week before UF played Florida State. Took Bob Stoops, his dc at the time, with him.

Well, Steve Spurrier wins championships. As expressed in the thread, people are fine with breaks when you’re actually providing results.

Shouldn't time off have to be approved? If woody approved it he should fired. If bk took it without approval (if required) that's insubordination.
If his contract allows him to go and come as he pleases....

What an embarrassment

you think someone making 10 million is tracking PTO on ADP

His contract probably lets him go. Fat Scott should be fired if that is the case, he should also be fired if he approved it

I love this board. They can’t conceive of a job where an employee doesn’t punch a time card and only gets a 45 min lunch break.

If the players are off, and the coach takes off 2 days, what difference does that make?

It's called attention to detail, and why we don't have it.
