As long as he doesn’t hire Diacomo or whatever his name is, I’m good with it.

I honestly think that CBK is just doing House a courtesy by allowing him to find another job first. Instead of just kicking him out on his ear. Sorta like Saban did with his coordinators last year.

The fact that this functional retard is still employed concerns me. We have lost solid recruits due to his stupidity. BK needs to make this change ASAP.

House understands this business and I'm guessing he's gotten enough butt chewings this season to realize the buck stops with him on that side of the ball.
I'm sure several meetings have already been held to determine next course of action for the defensive staff going forward. We will all find out in due time.

I don't think the defense was as bad last season and House coordinated that defense and the second half adjustments last season ultimately won LSU some games when the offense really struggled, whether it was Miss St, Auburn and Ole Miss, all games you needed stops in the second half and got them and that was two prolific offenses in leach and kiffin from last year.

It starts with figuring out the defensive line situation and I do think some help is needed at defensive back and overall defensive recruiting. The personnel was lacking at all three levels of the defense this year and it starts with better personnel and/or more experienced players especially in the secondary which you had last season. I do think the schemewise development of Perkins was mishandled.

I dunno about anyone else but this seems more like him trying to defend himself if Matt House stays.

He fired the guy 3 games into the season, and hasn’t fired Matt House yet. This is just “hey, if he’s here, it’s because I think he isn’t the problem.”

So why the frick did you wait till the end of this season to make a decision on House instead of canning his arse when we could already see the writing on the wall?

To what end?

I doubt he has had any butt chewings. That’s not the way management is done at that level.

Because the D room is clueless. Anyone with any football iq at all can clearly see that, even the basics on D...tackling....It is like they never taught anyone how to tackle, and if they did, they taught them incorrectly. Even Perkins looked bad tackling at times this year. LSU can and should do a whole lot better.

He's saying House would already be gone if he thought he was the problem.
