For him to understand that rule and use it to his advantage, just shows me how smart he is.

It's more than that...it shows me how important it is to him.

But I was told he spends more time on the golf course than recruiting

That’s a fake house. No one lives there. His real McMansion is on false river.

The point being is we now have a forward thinking CEO that’s not going to leave any box unchecked that give us any type of advantage, exploit every advantage ala Saban.

Saban constantly causes rule changes by being the first to the party. O was more reactionary, sees something successful elsewhere and then try to copy it.

Is this the house where Les "recruited" his young, blonde athletic trainers?

If you have an apartment above Voodoo BBQ, you can host blonde recruiting coordinators.

Didn't Miles have recruits over to his house?

Next step: learn what official and unofficial mean.

3267 E Lakeshore Drive

here's the house, as many of you have seen on the LSU Lakes. most websites show the updated interior but do not show the fully renovated exterior which has almost a castle-like entrance for the driveway

Les and Ed O both had condo's within a mile from campus
Yes.

that I'm sure they used for recruiting visits.

Ed O may have been hosting recruits, but may not have been football related.

It is a silly rule. Typical ncaa BS

Without it some coaches would have condos in every major city to host "unofficial visits". I am guessing there are a lot of weird rules that ere brought about by the creative imagination of recruiters.

So those talking about the privacy thing, they don't allow curtains/drapes on that street?

In Les Miles and coach O’s case, they were not allowed to do that.

They never had a hard time recruiting.
