Will Myles Brennan finally get some playing time this weekend? I’d like to see him on the field and getting some reps. It would be nice to see how he looks and what his presence is like.

Doesn't he have the opportunity to redshirt this year?

If he had played against Alabama, his presence would have appeared in multiple pieces on the turf at Tiger Stadium

Of the SEC games left, I think Arkansas would be the most favorable for getting valuable experience but not getting killed.

He hasn't played all year right?

Unless we make the playoff, we have 4 games left. So yeah, I would hope he gets some action against Arkansas.

I don’t see why not. Put him out there and see how he performs.

He actually gets rid of the ball pretty quick, good, bad or indifferent, he doesn't hold on to it.

If we don't get him some meaningful reps on the road against Arkansas and A&M, shame on us.

Redshirt is secure, get him some bonus playing time and SEC road experience.

Brennan has high upside. If he were 20-30 pounds heavier, I think you’d hear a lot more fans pushing for him to play given his accuracy and quick release. Experience now will only help his path to readiness.

I hate to say this, I really do. But if Burrow struggles then it’s time to see Brennan.

6 TDs and 4 Ints isn’t going to cut it.

I think if we can get two scores up (feels like a big IF as of late), I think Brennan should come in.

This is what I don't get. They've had well over a year to help put weight on him and he's still a broomstick. What gives? Does he have some freakish metabolism?

Nope. For some reason, he is in Orgeron’s dog house otherwise he would have played at least one snap this year.

Against Rice for sure. He is no longer in danger of burning his redshirt.

Was thinking this too, as we've heard '20-30 lbs' for 2 years. I legit want to know the solution, though. How do you bulk up a kid(15-16 yo) if he's already eating a ton but not gaining weight?

Maybe not Arkansas but if he doesn't play quite a bit during the Rice game it's time to start questioning things.
