FOX is all in on Ohio State everything. Klatt and Quinn and the rest of the idiots are campaigning against the SEC every chance they get. Just look at the odds in Vegas. That will tell you everything you need to know about the Heisman.

Nail and hammer with your comment... Chase Young IS NOT the MVP of his team.

If we end up playing OSU, we need to work the refs to checking on Young pre snap. He was lined up offside like 90 percent of that Penn State game

And yeah it’s pretty funny watching the announcers fall over themselves to find a way to give Young credit. One of his sacks on Saturday, the interior linemen dominated the guard and hit the QB and chase came in to clean up and the announcers were like “OMG WHO ELSE BUT CHASE YOUNG”.

Young has 16.5 sacks in a year where you have QBs breaking records, to give them the Heisman would be team bias. Derrick Thomas had 27.5 sacks back when nobody was attempting 300 passes a year, Terrell Suggs had 24.5 in 2002 before the offensive explosion, Josh Allen led Kentucky’s Cinderella like run last season with 17 sacks. None of these players, who produced more with less help, were Heisman contenders. The Thomas for Heisman push is a joke but I also heard an ESPN “expert” say that Dobbins and Fields should win it if Thomas doesn’t so that tells you a lot.

And this thread is the EXACT reaction he is hoping to elicit with such statement. Right now Burrow is such an overwhelming favorite that the question of who should win the trophy isn't even an interesting topic of discussion. He's just trying to drum up debate for the purpose of attention

There’s been a concerted effort in the media to drum up competition for ratings and clicks. Burrow running away with it doesn’t do anything for them.

First it was Fields. He shite the bed. Now it’s Young.

Burrow will win. By a lot.

Lol. If the badger didn’t win it with the havoc he caused it’s laughable a defensive player ever wins it again

Okay Brady Quinn...

Is he good? Yes. He leads the nation in sacks at 16.5. He is tied for first with forced fumbles... 7.

But he had two really good games. And yes I know he missed 2 games, but Burrow has been consistent all year. If Burrow had an average year then had two really good games would he be in the Heisman conversation? No

So Brady Quinn can kiss my arse.

Loved how quickly the conversation went from Fields to Young in a matter of seconds after the game. They had to champion someone new since Fields played himself out of the conversation.

just take it all with a grain of salt. Fox will lean Big Ten and Big 12 - that's their meal ticket.

CBS leans SEC - that's their meal ticket.

It's just the way it is. Ignore them if you don't agree with them, because they're just promoting their guys.
