This is Woody's first major challenge... keeping Brady without upsetting the LSU coaching apple cart.

If Aranda is worth 2.5 million, Brady is worth 3 million.

Brady is producing an offense we have NEVER EVER seen before. Pay him whatever he wants!!!

The plot twist is that Brady hasn't called a play all year.

And that's not correct.

He has also designed our entire offense.

I agree 100%. They will be throwing the $$$$
At him! Will be very difficult to keep him becuz not only will many colleges want him but also the NFL. If this happens hopefully Steve has learned the system well enough to pass it along to his successor.

The rush is that everyone in the country knows exactly who’s had the biggest impact on what is, arguably, the best offense in the country. It’s doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure out that any major school in the hunt for a new OC is going to come after Brady HARD. It’s not about changing shite, it’s about securing the future.

It has already been decided. Brady will be head coach, Orgeron will be defensive coordinator, Aranda will become special teams coach and John Robinson will be head coach in waiting.

Woodward whispered this to me at halftime. At least I think it was Woodward. I was pretty drunk.

If handled properly, E is going to be a fricking legend when it is all said and done.

Him not having a said "ego" is one of the overlooked factors here, he deserves all the credit in the world.

So similar to the Aranda situation of the past, OMG, we have to keep Aranda.

Oh well here we go again.

While I agree he has done a fabulous job with the offense how about we see what the offense looks like after Burrow to make sure the reason the offense is so deadly this year is because of the scheme NOT because of Burrow being so good!

I tend to think that life after Burrow the LSU offense will drop considerably next year. Let's hope I'm wrong..

What if Brady leaves for an OC job after this season? We let him walk?

No no. I may not have used best choice of words but I’m basically saying he needs to be OC. Definitely not let him go anywhere!!
But for the people on here saying it’s going to ruin what we’ve got by splitting him and E up, I’m saying why can’t they still work together?? Brady can be OC and make more money and still work along side E if that’s what is going to be best option.

Look all I am saying is don't give him all the credit for how good the offense is because you are watching a special QB run it. Let's give him a raise, see how he develops a young QB, and then we make him OC once Ensminger retires if all goes well.

Did you not read the OP? The entire point is that he will have lots of schools after him.

Never mind the fact that he has earned the position. Orgeron gives him praise every chance he can. It’s obviously his offense. He’s earned the promotion.
