With no hope for Johnny Jones and LSU basketball I've been finding myself going back in time to my mid 20's when Torris Bright, Jabari Smith, Stromile Swift, Glenn Davis, Darrel Mitchell, Ronald Dupre, Jeramine Williams, Brian Beshara, Lamont Roland, etc. played for our Tigers.

Would love to get my hands on a Brady Ball tshirt? Anyone got one left over from that era. Paying customer here #Bringbackbrady, hire him as an assistant.

Had no idea that existed. All I remembered was Maravich Maniacs.

Shirts were very popular in 1999-2000. Buddy of mine stayed on campus same complex as Josh Booty. What a fun year that was.

Was pretty sure that people hated Brady near the end - on this board at least. Found this, but couldn't bump.

Brady was a horse's arse, but I can kind of understand the feeling of not wanting to babysit the son of the man the arena was named after. Probably felt like he was a guy who didn't earn a spot on the team and was just a de facto "trust fund" kid

I'd take a Pokey's Posse shirt over a Brady Ball one

There were a lot of rumors about Josh being lazy and entitled back then. None of the guys on the team disagreed when asked about it, either.

I still have my Brady ball t shirt and wear it around the house on weekends. Sometimes I wear it to Home Depot or something and the wife rolls her eyes about it. It has seen better days but still okay for public for now

I actually still have mine - will never forget Dupree was in Electrical Engineering and these guys would bring a sign to every game that said "Can't spell EE without Ronald Dupree." Looking back, it was fun times!

Yeah, I liked how his most successful teams would have 4 or 5 guys averaging right at double-digits. Any guy could step up big on any given night AND would play some D.

Mavarich was part of the team for 3 years. He was an average walk on at best.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2003-04)
Played in two contests, at home against the University of Arkansas (2-7) and in the SEC Tournament game against South Carolina ... Served on the scout team that prepared LSU for the various opponents it would face during the course of the year.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2002-03)
Played in seven games, making both of his field-goal attempts, during the season, scoring two points against Prairie View (12-17) and Houston (1-8) ... Appeared in the McNeese State (12-7), Prairie View (12-17), Houston (1-8), Centenary (1-15), Arkansas (2-22), Auburn (2-26) and the SEC Tournament game versus Arkansas (3-13).

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2001-02)
Did not appear in any games, but was a part of the practice regiment for the Tigers and Coach Brady.
