Blame the idiot coach calling hit and runs with a 3-1 count. It should have been runners on first and second with no outs.

Never fails. Every regional PM makes the dumbest decisions that nobody understands. Hit and run on a 3-1 count with both swings being at balls. Awesome. Then we hit into a DP. Yup, seen this plenty of times before.
