Seems like a fair critique of cpm is that his teams can sometimes mimic his up tight personality. This seems to come out during eliminations or in postseason tournaments the last few years. Combine that with a lack of developing a 3rd starter and you get where they are. Hopefully bats heat up here soon.

Well you can't swing at every first pitch. This team goes up to the plate and decides to swing before the pitch is even thrown. Kind of like little league players do.
