Sugar could take Oklahoma too. Would probably sell more tickets.

now that I think about it makes more sense
Oklahoma big win this week
Oregon has looked like crap as of late.

Oregon has looked like crap recently
UCF is going to the fiesta they are the team no-one wants but is forced to be picked
Clemson will probably go to the orange but you need two teams more attractive for Ohio State not to go the orange.
After this I say Oregon to play Bama in Sugar.
order goes like this
1) Orange
2) Sugar
3) Orange
4) Sugar
5) Fiesta
So Orange will pick up Bama I'd guess as their first pick.
Then the Sugar gets to pick from OSU, Oregon, Oklahoma, Clemson, and probably Oklahoma State.
Obviously the Fiesta will be stuck with UCF.
I think the Sugar will take Oregon, then Orange will take Clemson, and Sugar will then take OSU. But I'm not sure they will want Ohio State again. I don't know if they will actually travel.

The BCS projections matches this site also.
BCS CG: FSU/AU
Rose: Stanford/MSU
Sugar: UA/OU
Fiesta: Baylor/UCF
Orange: Clemson/tOSU
=============
Hopefully LSU/OSU (Cowboy type) in Cotton. We should be BCS #13.

Updated OP. My thoughts:
My guess is the Capital One takes 10-2 South Carolina. The Outback Bowl then gets first crack at 11-2 Missouri being an SEC east team. If they take them, the Cotton chooses between 9-3 LSU and 8-4 A&M and they probably take LSU. However, the Outback may pass on Missouri since they are so far away and may not have huge TV appeal. Missouri would be then locked into the Cotton by the "safety net rule" and the Outback chooses between LSU, A&M, and 8-4 Georgia. I think they take LSU there as I doubt that pass on an 11 win Missouri team to take an 8-win team.
If the Cap One takes Missouri instead, conventional wisdom would say that the Outback would take 10-2 SC. But they played there last year and SC has made it very clear they don't want to go and would rather the Cotton. My guess is the Outback doesn't want a team that isn't excited about it and passes on them - again leaving LSU, A&M and UGA. Probably going with LSU.
If the Outback does pass over LSU for A&M or UGA, it goes to the Chicken. I think they know how upset LSU fans would be about it and pass sending LSU to the Gator. So if I were a betting man I would say:
60% Outback (vs. Iowa?)
30% Cotton (vs. Ok State?)
5+% Gator (vs. Nebraska/Michigan)
<5% Chicken (vs. Miami/Duke/?)

since 2001 an SEC team has always gone to the Sugar bowl. The one exception is 2011 when both LSU and Bama played each other forcing the Sugar to break tradition and pick two Non SEC teams. If bama didn't make it they would have been in the sugar that year.
I would be shocked if Bama doesn't go to NOLA

The Outback and Cotton cannot both choose from the same division. I believe they have to pick from the East/West respectively unless they agree to swap.

They can swap.
I've heard the cotton wants south Carolina because of spurrier and they were 2nd in the east.
Cap one would take aTm or Missouri
Outback could take the other which leaves chicken bowl to pick between Lsu or Georgia.
Both teams starting QB out.

Are you under the impression that the Cotton picks before the Cap One and Outback?

Matt what's your best educated guess?
Cotton?
Cotton?

50-60% Outback, 30-40% Cotton, 10% Gator or Chicken
