Bo Bounds is essentially what you'd get if you combined all of Finebaum's most inbred callers and gave them their own show.
He makes Cow Terd seem like a credible and respectable host by comparison, if that gives you any indication...

the last back he used a lot was ridley. Hill didn't come on til late. And was here for two season.

It's so run of the mill for Ole Piss, that they have had a team win at least 9 games just 7 times in the last 50 years

He has a disdain for LSU he goes on crazy rants bashing everything about them...he plays to the Mississippi listeners

Bo Bounds is an elitist a-hole try-hard.
He's from MS, but he acts like he's got Bill Gates money and has vacation homes in Martha's Vineyard.
frickin loser.

Ridley averaged 19 carries a game his last year here.
Over his 3 years, Ridley averaged less than 8 carries a game
So over used

He does do that for sure...makes you not like the guy. He has his daily national analyst call in and it's funny listening to him try to "lead" them into endorsing his opinion...much like Colin did. But yes, he is a nobody that thinks he is a somebody.
He could learn a lot from guys like van pelt and RR....just being down to earth on the radio (even if they aren't in real life)....Bo definitely comes across as an elitist.

I need to clarify that, used a lot in one season. 2010 we didn't rotate as much. but still nothing crazy.
I used to call LSU a rb killer as well. But that was before Miles. seems like every back we had under Sabah got hurt.

Les Miles' running backs in the pros are pretty fresh and not worn down. I think this Bo douche is referring to Saban's backs. (See Ingram and Richardson)

Never heard of Bo Bounds.
frick him.
frick him.

ITs a crazy bad point.
Les has only had 4 RBs get over 200 yards in 10 years.
3/4 played in the NFL. 2/4 had 1000 yard rushing seasons in the NFL.
Obviously Fournette is on track for way more carries, but freak athletes can handle that shite.

but he is on the morning show in the Jackson area, and of course being in Jackson he is a big-time State/OM homer.

LF averages 25 carries per game.
H. Walker averaged 35 in his record setting season.
25 is about average for starters that are high quality. Chubb and Henry, for example.
Bo (Bounds) doesn't know football.

I have too much time on my hands this morning so I'll preface my post with that.
I didn't look at every SEC team but I did look up the stats for LSU, OM, MSU, and Bama going back to Miles first year at LSU (I know these other teams had multiple coaches in this time). I cut out this year for all teams since the sample is still small.
Team------% of carries by lead back------W/ current coach
LSU---------------33.65%-----------------------33.65%
Ole Miss----------36.0%------------------------28.63%
MSU---------------42.64%-----------------------37.4%
Bama--------------42.53%-----------------------40.95%
Stats don't lie. The only coach whose lead back carries less times is Hugh Freeze and 2 of his 3 years Bo Wallace was the leader in attempts which imo isn't a good stat.
All these teams had years where one guy was the "bell cow" and other years where it was spread around more. Thus far this year Fournette has 52.9% of LSU's attempts which is by far the highest under Miles. In '07 The Law Firm had 60.6% of OM's carries, in '07 Anthony Dixon had 56.5% of MSU's carries, and in '11 Trent Richardson had 55.7% of Bama's carries.

quote:Face it, no one in the SEC wants to face him again next year so they want him gone.
That said, he has been on a crusade for the last week or so how LF should sit out next year, and that LES MILES is known for destroying/overusing running backs, and he will wear LF down to a nub before he leaves LSU.
