I hear Darren Sharper is getting out of prison soon. You can throw him in the mix.

I wonder if Patty P or Tyrann would ever come back to coach after they retire. Dude, from a recruiting standpoint alone it would be big.

Yeah, let's bring back the architect of our brilliant pass defense in 2020 and 2021. The one that allowed an SEC single game record of passing yards. That was dead last in the entire nation in passing yards per game allowed in 2020 and 91st in 2021.

They got toasted for 69 yards against Kentucky

1. Kentucky has no passing game

2. Kentucky’s RB had 280 rush yds. So there was no need for them to even pass to begin with.

Corey Raymond is a lazy bum who is part of the reason why our secondary is in the situation it’s in. So wanting to bring him back is absolutely retarded.

Vandy: gave up 280 pass yds
Tenn: gave up 287
SC: gave up 313

Cover 1 Corey. There was a reason Banks was brought in to coach safeties, because Corey cannot coach.

So it’s your take that the Florida DBs were the key to the Gators 33-14 loss?

I seem to remember a pick 6 to seal the game for LSU against Missouri as well.

This is dumb .. Ron Cooper built DBU - bring him back

He was the better coach, but he also lied about visiting recruits when he wasn’t, evidently on multiple occasions. He also hasn’t done much in recent years.

As with Raymond, WE CAN DO BETTER.

And a DB coach is not responsible for player off field behavior. Same as blaming Moffitt for players who won’t show up for workouts.

bullshite. When multiple players in the same position group quit or get bounced for attitude, it 100% reflects back on the staff member they spend the most time with. Position coaches are where discipline and accountability begin in great football programs.

No one here is happy with Cooks and Steeples, so that is fricking irrelevant. The issue is replacing them without going back to a washed up has-been who put us in the situation we are in right now.
