Yeah. Like when O lost to Troy and Saban lost to UAB.LOL. Who has BK lost to?

It doesn't really resonate with me, though. I think we should always have overwhelming talent compared to FCS schools that transcends any scheme that either team runs. We should dominate under any circumstances IMO.

I mean yeah, but every school and coach loses games they shouldn't and they struggle against teams they shouldn't.

These are teams of 18-22 year old males, none of them are perfect. Kirby nearly lost to Nicholls in 2016, and that was a Nicholls team that went 5-6.

Some will call this an excuse but it's just reality, we expect perfection from LSU but no one is perfect.

SW needs to provide CBK "Coaching for Dummies" series to cover all formations.

Reminds me of when Bear Bryant switched to the wishbone before their USC game.

Did he figure out how to stop it? South Carolina looking at that game film, too. They will be running, for sure.

Who cares its freakin Nicholls

Didn’t Alabama give up 35 points to Georgia Southern or someone like that who ran the option? In a year they were National Champs or close to it to boot. It happens.

We won’t know anything significant until after Ole Miss game. Or this weekend. One of those two games will tell us what we need to know.

What reads did they make - wishbone is mostly triple option - I saw none. My word.

Defending the triple option on a short week with jet lag, players still going to class and practice, surprised that little ole LSU could beat the mighty Nicholls state rebels

It was pretty clear that LSU was perfectly fine running their base defense and waiting for Nicholas to frick up, rather than attacking like they were doing against USC.

Just wait until BK finds out that pretty much everyone else on our remaining schedule is way better than Nicholls State

He is gonna freak out and pound the table again

Remember when the Saints played the dolphins? Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams ran wildcat all game long and were killing us. In the second half we came back and beat them. With the wildcat offense you have to have a very disciplined defense. Lsu is still learning a new scheme and will take time
