You should probably changed your title, as others have pointed out your title is a lie. He's 1-3 vs Clemson. However, LSU has more talent than Notre Dame, and Clemson of 2024 and 2025 is not the same as 2015 to 2019.

I understand the Kelly hatred. He is not a good ole southern baw like us. It's not his record of 10-4, 10-3, 9-4. It's because his a good ole southern baw.
The excuse is he cannot with a NC in his 3rd year like Miles did and EdO did.....
Well he did not have the program that Saban left Miles, nor the one Miles left EdO.
For Miles the excuse was he cannot beat Saban....name one who could....but that did not matter....
We should have hired a good ole southern baw....like Billy Napier....
I think Kelly should never have come to LSU....
Don't get me wrong....he is a great coach who turned Notre Dame around....but he just does not fit with out fan base ....just like Les Miles....
Kelly is too cerebral....too systematic...too much of an organizer....too much of a leader like us.
What LSU fans need is a coach is a Ed Orgeron....
A Curley Hallman....a guy to would talk like us...think like us and act like us...
Saban was intelligent and left in the first real offer he got, Miles should have taken his exit in 07 when Michigan wanted him...and he did not....and he was ignominously let go after winning 80% of his games...winning an NC....playing for another one...with 2 sec titles...the max any coach has ever won here.
We don't deserve the Sabans, Miles, Kelly's or Arnspargers. What we really want the Hallmans and Orgeron.
By the way if Orgeron had taken over in 1990, his record would match Hallmans....see his record at Ole Miss.

That's the funny thing about the "big game" argument.
The "big games" in question have all been vs Saban, Smart, Meyer, and Dabo and they all had more talented teams.
