I’m tremendously thankful we have a veteran coach like CBK at the helm. Woodward knew exactly what he was doing and what type of coach LSU needed…and we still have a top 10 overall recruiting class coming in.

I have seen comments like this from others as well. What doesn’t make sense about this is LSU paid 26.5 million to buy out Orgeron and the old staff. Then LSU paid 100 million to get Brian Kelly and whatever it cost to pay for the new staff which is millions more.

So who does “insiders” like Embody think paid for all that if it wasn’t LSU boosters? I promise you that did not come from LSU’s Athletic Budget.

Boosters must not have been too alienated if they paid for a new Baseball Coaching Staff, 2.5 million to get a Woman’s Basketball Coach, and all the money I just mentioned for getting rid of O and getting BK. So they are willing to do all that to get LSU straightened out but they are going balk at NIL money? It doesn’t make much sense.

Another thing there was supposedly a meeting about NIL at LSU? Seriously? Do you honestly think men with Billions of dollars are going to show up in public and listen to someone talk about NIL? These guys have Lawyers to handle that stuff and are not coming some meeting like that and I seriously doubt they are in communication with Embody either. That’s ridiculous.

With all the crap going on at LSU with baseball, football, and women’s basketball coaching staffs, support staffs, not to mention Title IX, LSU has had a full plate just trying to get stabilized. NIL will work out.

If you haven't figured out 0 was just along for the ride in 2019, there's no helping you.

Just look at the years without Burrow. 2017, horrible losses to state and troy, plus the bowl game fiasco. Then the last two years. Really impressive stuff he accomplished here. Couple that with his accomplishments at Ole Miss, and it really makes you wonder how anyone defends that clown.
