His best moment started in August and ended in January!

Was at the game. When I saw this play I knew we had a shot to win it all. Joe made some good throws in the first game, but that was elite. This post was edited on 1/19/20 at 10:05 pm

quote:as everyone saw when he won the Heisman, off the field hes a relatively quiet kid, and exceedingly grateful for everything he has and everyone who helped him get it, but put him on a field and he is a psychopath of a competitor, its the exact same thing that drives Brady. He wants to beat you by 50, because he thinks you deserve it.
Damn, I am gonna miss this dude. What a fun fricking year
Real or imagined, he constantly feels disrespected and looked down on, even now. Is his mind, everyone looks at him and thinks he's not good enough, they think he cant do it, he alludes to it all the time, he's heard it over and over and over.
I dont think he could have done this anywhere else. Because quite frankly we are looked down on. The national perception really was that we werent good enough. We had all the talent in the world, and we still failed.
Its been this way for a decade. "LSU is awesome, but..."
So people weren't just saying he wasnt good enough anymore, they were saying it about the savages around him that be loved.
And that shite was gonna stop.
Facing Clemson was a fukking gift well never be able to repay, because even after everything Burrow did this year he spent 2 weeks hearing Sunshine was better.
They were fukked from go and it wasnt even their fault.

That's an amazing moment, really captures the moment he let's his guard down to realize what he accomplished.

Neck in the 4th quarter in the super dome last Monday.
NEVER happened. Was in student section. they never played it. Did STTDB happen? Sure. But it wasnt to neck. Believe it was to the song Right Above it by Lil Wayne. So tired of seeing Neck was played though. Do our fans not have ears? Do you just hear STTBD and assume it's neck? Do our fans even remember what neck sounds like??

Looking for a good still picture of Joe coming to the side line after the end zone shot to Marshall. Looking for that shot of him pointing at his ring finger.
Ultimate screensaver.

There are many, many great moments. For me, one great moment that kind of went under the radar was a play late in the 2nd quarter of the Bama game. Burrow escaped the pocket and ran up the middle for 15-20 yards before he was cut down low and hit hard up top from the back side. He immediately popped up loudly yelled something at the Bama defense (loud enough that you could hear it on the CBS broadcast). There have been some good and some tough QB's to play for LSU. But I can't remember one who played with more fire!
