i'd be surprised if our offense looks half as good next year as it does now. Unless MB is the second coming of Joe Burrow.

Gotta have the talent we have first. But a few teams do and they could be dangerous if they did it.

this isn’t a new scheme. we just have the talent, and have always had the talent, to execute it at the highest level

There ain’t nothing to steal. We’re not doing anything inventive; it’s all being done by others. But put a talented, experienced offensive line, with the best wide receivers LSU has ever had, and add the best QB in the nation, and you get a record setting offense. No one else in America has all that. They can have our entire playbook, and it wouldn’t do any good.

Without the right personnel, the scheme would leave much to be desired.

There’s nothing wrong with the scheme. LSU just has super-human athletes that can execute a scheme like this.

When I was 17 I coached a team of 12-14 year olds to a 12-2 record and a championship. I had no F’ing clue what I was doing. I had good players, and they made me look like a genius.

That’s not to say LSU’s coaches are not legitimate geniuses, because I believe they are. My point is that without the players, you can have a MENSA coach like Tom Herman and still be 7-5.

This will piss me the hell off if I think about it too long. All those years and players squandered away. Especially the 2011 year.

There are not many teams in the country running an offense that similar to LSU

We run single back or empty on pretty much every play

How many teams are going to have a Heisman quarterback now running an NFL offense with 3 All-American type WRs and the most versatile RB in the country?

We won't even be able to replicate our own offense next year.

Odds are that it never will be again. I hope we as a fan base can set proper expectations for Brennan

Smart was saying that in the post game presser

The difference is that wasn't their identity all year like it was for us. You can't just change everything up for one game and expect it to work.

No, but you’re crazy if you think Kirby is going to stick with the status quo after watching the arse kickings we’ve put on them the past 2 years. They have the athletes, and he’s not stupid enough to not at least try to adapt to take advantage. Our offensive turnaround is the story of the the 2019 college football season. Not just because of how good it is, but how fast it happened.

Joe Burrows are incredibly hard to find—he’s literally a once-in-lifetime guy for LSU. Not sure how many Joe Bradys there are out there. But you’re kidding yourself if you don’t think the Georgia’s of the world aren’t going to scour the edge of the earth looking for one. That’s why it’s so important we finish off this story-book season and capitalize with the title. This gap of our advantage may never be this wide again. Got to finish.

The offense is great, but without Burreaux batting cleanup on every play taking situational advantage when presented with opportunities, it wouldn't seem nearly as good.

Haha exactly, we finally just caught up to modern times...

And if you believe the Recruiting Board, UGA and Kirby Smart already have a signed contract on their desk from Joe Brady to be the OC next year. So theoretically that’s how UGA would modernize

UGA arguably has the best QB recruiting in the country of late.

Fromm gonna be a 1st rounder after next year
Fields gonna be a first rounder
And Eason is also really good for one of the best teams in the Pac12

They recruit really well especially at QB, much better than we have honestly. We got really lucky with Burrow
