And it ended due to injury - as predicted. Thanks for remembering.

Except that's not what you predicted. Don't make me dig up your post history.

did it for you because this dude is annoying as frick.

Tua is not going to play. I have said it since the injury occurred. Check my posts. There is a very good chance he never plays for the Tide again.

and another one...

Tua will not play. I said this when the injury first occurred and got hammered on here.

and one more for good measure...
quote:

Tua will not play, and we win easy.

In his defense, he said his career may be over, but he was saying it from that point, and that Tua was not going to play against LSU. Not only did he play against LSU, but it wasn't until the following week that he was done for good with a different injury.

So yeah...he can't remember his posts.

Joe should win the Heisman. If fact, he should set a record for votes in winning the Heisman. With that said, be careful. This is the time of year the voters start to look for another option. They have done it before: RGIII, Murray, Mayfield, Mariota, Bradford were all way behind at this point and, as voters got bored with the "leader" they decide in December to vote for someone else.
Again, Joe should win easily but prepare to be screwed. They have already started the JK Dobbins talk today

Tell that to Vegas and actual Heisman voters. Just because ESPN wants good rating their gonna pump up other hopefuls, but Joe‘a name is already etched on the trophy.

Tua is not going to play. I have said it since the injury occurred. Check my posts. There is a very good chance he never plays for the Tide again. Saban did EXACTLY what I said he would do in my earlier posts.
Check the date. This was a week prior to the Bama game. Not only did Tua play the LSU game, but he started the next game as well. He was not "done" at that point. He got injured again, which knocked him out for the season. But it was not like he was right the whole time. He just got lucky in his prediction.

Don't fall for it. Team Hawaii is not risking his millions in the NFL. He's done playing college football.
Again, check the date. Nope, was wrong there.

You missed the point. This is where Satan begins the process of letting us know it is a "game time" decision. He knows right now it's LSU vs. Mac.
Did Mac Jones even play one snap vs LSU?

At this point they’re scrambling to find worthy candidates to send to NY. Joe can’t go by himself. Or can he?

You're missing the point. All the winners had great numbers - of course.

Right, so unless you want to point to a candidate with numbers that are at least close to Burrow, there is nothing to worry about. And there isn't anyone close this year. Burrow is not just the best player in college football this year, there is a strong case to be made that he is having the greatest season in the history of college football. If LSU wins three more games and he plays the way he has played so far it would put him onto a very short list of potential "best ever seasons."

Right now Burrow is ranked 1st nationally in completion percentage (would be the all-time record), 2nd in passing yards (to a guy that has thrown 250 more passes), 2nd in passing touchdowns (again, to the guy with 250 more passes), 2nd in passing efficiency rating (to a guy that only threw 252 passes this year), and only one player has more passing attempts and fewer interceptions. All of this while playing against one of the toughest schedules in the country and leading his team to an undefeated record. There is no one close to Burrow this year who could make a reasonable argument for stealing away the Heisman unless something insane happens next weekend.
