Same. In a game awhile back I think Ben McDonald said that a lead off walk reaches home something like 50% of the time. That seems high but I'm nearly positive that's what he said

I don't know when Arkansas had the bases loaded with two outs up three in the 9th inning then hit Cole in the head with the bases loaded, and had an RBI pass ball, to follow with a two run error would have to be pretty bad.
