You a baseball guy,any old secrets CM can try to get us out this funk? I am hoping we get hot for regionals and WS. We haven’t gotten hot all year . Started fast but then down the toilet.

Baseball hasn’t changed in 150 years, and yet LSU has a hard time this season doing those three things.

LSU pitcher trying to pitch throws in the dirt and gets to 3-2 bases loaded.
Looked like he got out of the jam by just serving up a BP pitch that got popped up. Probably better odds of getting an out that way.

Is it weird to anyone else that Mainieri is always standing next to a player in the dugout at some point, yet he hardly ever says a word to any of them. Doesn’t give pointers or coaching or anything. Just seems odd to me.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen them pan over to a head coach actively doing anything besides a few that radio in pitch calls.
