you are right!!! thats exactly what i said! skip would have left poche out there in the 9th but paul is no skip bertman and thats obvious. damn he pisses me off sometimes with the decisions he makes

Why do you think he catches it? Because he makes fantastic plays all the time. So he's human and plays a ball like 90% of other OFs would. You are just spoiled by what he can do. So that when he doesn't make a fantastic play, it's his fault we lose.

And stallings pitched Tuesday night. He's clearly showed he's not nearly effective with short rest after an appearance. That 4 inning debacle a week ago may linger all year.

1) CPM will never have the success of Skip
2) there are multiple ways you win games and championships, CPM doesn't have to do it skip's way.
