Think that helps us honestly. We’re 6-2 against them in the afternoon since 2000.

Night is a much different story for some reason

Kinda figured, thought the Ole Miss loss may make them change their mind.

But, LSU probably gets the night game the following week against Texas and maybe didn't want to go B2B?

I'm all for the 2:30. Refresh the juju against them.

Unpopular opinion - 2:30pm starts in tiger stadium in November are my favorite.

I actually don’t hate, it’s after daylight savings time.

We will be 6:30abc if we win the next week vs Texas

I don't think they wanted it going up against Miami Notre Dame on NBC that night.

The previous year's teams has nothing to do with this year's team. Play them at night in Death Valley.

I hate these 11 am or 2:30 kickoffs in Death Valley.

Or they know that the very next week Texas @ LSU will be the night game.

Bama at LSU would do similar if not better numbers.

They do what's best for ratings any given week. I don't think this mattered to them. LSU/Bama always gets a ton of eyeballs and we're both fighting for a playoff spot. In a vacuum, it's a much bigger ratings driver than UGA/Ole Miss and they didn't want to sacrifice that up against ND/Miami, which will have huge ratings.

They sacrificed UGA/Ole Miss instead.

Last time LSU and Alabama played at 2:30, Big Dick Joe and the Greatest Team in the History of College Football ran a train on those cousinfrickers. Let’s goooooooo!!!

But a shite load of people will watch both. It would take away from each game to have them at the same time. They had to choose to fight for viewers or just play at 230 and get more and let ND/Miami get more.
