Bama is hardly the bashi-bazouk they have been in years past. They'll be favored v Tenn, because of Saban but I think the Vols give them a good game. Heck the Aggies look pretty good against Bama, on the road.

If Milroe is the QB…..Tenn by 30.

But Tenn probably loses to UGA and Bama. End of the day no SEC or Natty. All the same.

Exactly. Now that didn't account for Tennessee's complete dominance the whole game, but it sure gave the Vols a psychological boost before the opening kickoff.

I remember the excuse that FL St. won BECAUSE they had a game the week before

Tennessee might be the best team in the SEC.

Orange is legit as hell.

Nothing shocking if they win next Saturday.

Tenn may lose but they'll score often.

You don't know much about football if you can't see the difference between opening up a season cold turkey vs an opponent with a game under its belt, and facing a team with a bye-week advantage during the middle of the season, in the midst of conference play.

It's simply two different kennel of fish.

If Bama learns from this and regroups and plays more disciplined, they will absolutely roll against UT. UT is a top 10 team for sure but LSU has no QB and that affected everything. Daniel's is not near the runner Milroe is and LSU does not have the horses on D right now like Dallas Turner and Will Anderson. But if Bama turns the ball over a lot and plays undisciplined, UT wins by 10-15.

Agree with all this except Daniels not being as good a runner. While he's a better overall QB (not hard to do), I would not say Milroe is any faster...but he does fumble more often.
