LSU always travels well but our presence in Austin was impressive to say the least. My hotel bar ran out of Miller Lite and another bar I went to was having to send employees to convenience stores to get more alcohol. My hotel bartender said that this weekend was crazier than south by southwest. My Uber driver also said that he’s been Ubering for 5 years and this is the busiest he has ever seen it.
Great weekend. The team and the fans did their part. Geaux Tigers

My buddy said there were two different bars they went to Saturday night that were out of quite a lot of their alcohol selections

I’m glad UT enjoyed having us, maybe next time they won’t disrespect our fans by putting everyone in the worst part of the stadium

We definitely showed up in numbers. Our Uber driver said he had never seen the streets so crowded with an opposing team. He was shocked. Another girl said she had been driving LSU fans all night, and was impressed with how friendly and fun loving they were. Sometimes I read stuff like this on here and think people are embellishing these stories, but this Austin takeover was very real.

LSU fans always turn out. Saw it in Dallas multiple times, Atlanta, Seattle and Green Bay.

Proud of my purple and gold brethren. Never fail to disappoint. Drink up all the liquor, text bomb the QB, talk shite at tailgate shirtless and win the game.

Safe trip home all.

Just throw it off a bridge when you're done with it like they do on the west coast

We went to Rainey street Friday night, and my friends that live there said they’ve never seen it that busy. and it was just 9 pm when they said that.

LSU always travels unbelievable well in these once in a lifetime type trips.

Yep. My family that lives in Seattle said they had never seen anything like it when we went up there college or pro.
Also, the lake charter boats were warned many times to make sure they had enough alcohol on board. Several of them ran out halfway through the trip out.

LSU fan dranks a shitton of bars damn near dry in Knoxville several years ago.

No reason to worry. That's where there 3,000 will be for the return trip
