I don’t see that ending well. He’s not going to want to go back to db coach after being DC

Does anyone have any confidence in O making a good choice to replace him? O has made one good coordinator hire in 4 years. ONE!

He had the opportunity to pick almost anyone after Aranda left. His choice? Give a guy no one wanted 12x what he was making at his current job to coach at LSU.

O is essentially a recruiter and mascot. The moment he tries to get out of his lane disaster strikes.

Doubtful, due to the nature of the season.

I want to believe you but now would be the perfect time for you to say this in hopes it does happen so you could look more like an insider.

I guess I'm in the minority and I'm ok with it. We just need to fine tune and reload. Miles is doing fine and he needs more reps.

When people make specific comments like that, I'd wish they could be given the choice to show Chicken or his minions proof or be banned.

Not saying he isn't legit, but if you're going to post that, I wish there a way to have to prove it.

Likely just wishful thinking on my part, but hate these types of posts where literally anyone could post that.

Unless this dude has credit/rep for these types of inside sources before. If so, I take it back.

Then just say that is what your info is based on.

LSU pissed off a lot of donors when they got woke, lighting up Tiger Stadium to honor a convicted felon, and politicizing the football program. I’ll never forget seeing the Mike the Tiger image on the BLM banner.

Guess what the money men could care less if they are winning. They aren’t winning. Besides what does that have to do with our defensive coach giving up record numbers.

It has to do with why donors might not want to give money to LSU anymore.

O needs to take some heat for this especially after the Canada situation.

The Canada situation didn’t work out, but it wasn’t the same. He was the top OC in the FBS and was a hot name. His scheme also looked like a great fit for our personnel at the time. It obviously didn’t work, but Canada was no retread.

Literally no one was knocking on Bo’s door until O did. You want to knock O for not playing well with others with Canada, fine. But some of that was on Canada for being a grade A a-hole.

O deserves all the heat he gets for Pelini and Linehan, though.

Pelini can't wait to get back to Ohio and get in his hammock in the back yard with easy money coming in just like after Nebraska. Easy money

Kind of feels weird that Ed's answer is just oops i hired the wrong guy. Ed should still be enough of a leader to get us to the end of the season without absolute embarrassment.

Agreed. And this is why Ed’s rope is extremely short. He doesn’t bring you anything other than being a great recruiter and man who could supposedly get the right coordinators to work under him.

He’s hired one good one. Brady. And he was just an assistant. Aranda was retained so that doesn’t count.

His flops have been Canada, Pelini, and technically Ensminger since that was a very uninspired hire.
