I’m being told from multiple people that a faction of the larger donors are fundraising some money for a possible buyout of Pelini. I have even heard that O has mentioned to multiple people privately that Pelini May have not been the answer as DC.

While I agree. At what point is Ed going to have a defined standard that he holds coaches to and evaluates them by?
When Saban gets a new coordinator, on O or D - there are expectations.
Kind of feels weird that Ed's answer is just oops i hired the wrong guy. Ed should still be enough of a leader to get us to the end of the season without absolute embarrassment.

Canada run off after 1 season
Ensminger was awful in 2018
Brady was brought in to cover for Ensmingers weaknesses
Pelini is a dumpster fire
If Linehan is the 3rd down and RZ guy he's a bust as well

Good to hear. This is kind of unbelievable that we’re the bottom feeders of the conference. How tf does o miss so bad on this hire? I actually thought it was decent but god damn was I wrong

If I am not mistaken, Brady was essentially Ensmingers decision.
