Hard to say, but he was Good at washington. Slight improvement at arizona st. But still not great

So now they’re probably going to get a guy from the pro ranks and not have any college experiences recruiters on staff at all.

From the sound of the tweet, it's by no means a given that he winds up at LSU. I honestly like the fact that Coach J is taking his time, getting the best staff he can. You only get one chance to make a first impression, after all. From his history, also, his squad gets going quickly. I'd rather be patient and have the right hires in place.
