It has been pretty hilarious.

Just for the giggles.

I’m guessing the announcer is a firmer pitcher? Watching with no sound.

He was actually pretty good. College Baseball Hall of Fame and 4th overall pick. Just sayin.

From his wiki page...

Olson's only Major League hit was a home run during his last official at-bat of the 1998 season.

I’d rather Bo or Frank Thomas as the analyst. Would be much more interesting but they don’t need the money

Gregg Olson was a thirteen-year MLB veteran.

I think he’s got the right to say he’s a “former pitcher” about as many times as he wants.

He’s not a great speaker which is kind of important in a color guy but what he did say was pretty knowledgeable once you dug through it.

He’s not anywhere near the worst we’ve heard during away games.

Nolan Ryan shouldn’t say “former pitcher” that many times.

Not sure I heard him correctly, but I think he mentioned that he was a pitcher ? I could be mistaken

Hell, I pitched from 10 years old (Dixie Minors) till I was 19 (American Legion). Does that count for anything?

This. And I pitched against Ronnie Rantz in all stars. I also got a hits off him. And, I pitched in a state championship game vs St. Amant! Does this count?
