Shooter looks like a little coward twerp. Knows he can’t fight. Enters into a fight and realizes oh shite this kid is massive and about to destroy me so let me shoot him. Fake tough guy if I’ve ever seen one.

Going to be an interesting case. I think it’s murder, but we have seen some weird rulings lately when someone is “charging” someone else even if the shooter starts the fight

Cant let bias and emotion dictate. The kid didnt deserve to be shot but he was clearly an agressor in the fighting. Anyine that says different didnt watch the video.
The aggressor? I completely disagree. I watched the video many times. He was kicking their arse. I'd agree with that. Looked to e like they jumped him, and he fought back. And the red pants guy suckered him from behind. Of course he had to defend himself against that punk.

Although I was correct with my legal talk it’s not the time or place for that.
I don’t know every fact of this case as none of y’all do either. With the video evidence alone a decent lawyer could get this at worst reduced too a lesser charge and potentially dropped. I hate that fact but it’s the terrible system we have. Downvote away

Hate to say this, but Wayde was going to be in trouble after kicking this little guy’s arse, regardless if he was defending his friend or not. The old coaches saying, “nothing good ever happens after midnight” rings true once again.
