Shooter didn't have much of a criminal background
Only thing he ever did was violate curfew. Adopted son of a now deceased preacher.
Sad all the way around.

"We're dealing with a young generation of men that needs a change of heart," Paul said. "And the only institutions that I know of that are in the heart business are faith and family. It starts at home."
If conflict resolution can't be taught at home or in church/the community, then some type of course should be a requirement in schools.
