Provided there are witness accounts that corroborate this person as the shooter, I’m perfectly fine with him not living to see Monday.

Cant arrest the whole group. I saw the video and only one person shot and its clear as day. Also the Sims kid was clearly fighting and doing and winning. The police decribed the exact guy that shot and the video showed that.
Cant let bias and emotion dictate. The kid didnt deserve to be shot but he was clearly an agressor in the fighting. Anyine that says different didnt watch the video.

The video may show that Sims was aggressor but it doesn’t show what caused him to be aggressive. Maybe what went on to start the fight and prior to the video justifies him be aggressive

Did you watch the other video where it shows a group beating a defenseless guy on the ground? Wayde runs up to help the guy on the ground and that’s when he starts fighting the shooter.

You don’t need witnesses if they find the weapon and ballistics match.

Now sure if this was a unilateral unprovoked attack, he'd have a leg. But even the short video paints the picture of a good ole fashioned street fight that the shooter was actively involved in when he killed Sims.

It just amazes me the total lack of regard for human life.
Where we live it seems it’s more rampant in black community... i just don’t understand why that guy thought the best thing he could do was shoot a man point blank with all his buddies there to help me.

It’s not that simple. Stand your ground laws have changed a lot of that.
If it’s clearly an unfair fight (one guy is huge, the other small. A group all attacking an individual) and one feels his life is in danger. According to the law, he has every right to defend himself with lethal force.

If you’re the aggressor you can’t claim self defense. The shooter looked to be with the group that was ganging up on the guy that sims was helping out.

No doubt. Where is Eric Reid speaking out about this that young black mean are killing young black men and it needs to stop. They need to value jobs, education, work, family and religion and stop this foolishness that is really destroying their conmunities.
