Other than Skenes, this pitching staff is not championship level. Too many walks, lack of control, and forced to throw too many meatballs because of it.

They also included watching strikes 1 and/or 2 go by at 90mph.
Lots of terrible takes and bad swings resulting in weak foul pop ups today.

I remember watching lsu play ark last year and feeling like we were visibly the worse team. Regardless of the score today, that’s not the case. Two good teams going at it this weekend. Tomorrow will be fun.
