Sure. We could also still play with 6 balls being a walk and no baseball gloves and hpp only counting as a ball. Baseball changes, and usually for the better.

I wasn’t watching the broadcast so I didn’t catch it. But I’d like to see complete splits. Brown is clutch. He turns it up a notch when the pressure is on and runners are on base.

Have you considered the possibility that your predecessors were simply… better?
ETA: Not to mention the obvious fact that the technology to automate the calls didn’t exist 200 years ago.
