Her success is built upon recruiting teenage girls. She's not young anymore so the flashy clothes are a good "I'm a boss" calling card.

If you watched the press conference last night, she acted like she didn't even enjoy what she was wearing. She and the players say she doesn't pick out her wardrobe.
It's also not the first time she has mentioned she gets these things shipped to her by a stylist, who I believe is based in Louisiana.
People who don't know shite about WBB or care about LSU are talking about Kim and the program though. Any attention is good attention when you're winning. As Kim put it, she's "filling the bill".

She mentioned in a interview the only time she dresses up is a game. She usually wears sweat pants and shirts. I've been following her career since tech. She is a winner and damn happy to have her as our coach. I was a kid during her tech days and those teams were great.
