Woodward and the LSU admin better be on this quickly.
Take the $2.5 million Aranda was making and go out and get an A+ DC. Hell, try and poach Grantham from Florida.
My only problem with this is the distraction is causes going into the playoffs. Maybe it motivates the defense to go all out and play for Dave in his final game(s) with LSU.

It seriously doubt it will. Playoffs are a once in a lifetime opportunity and we have a heisman QB under center this year. This team will remain focused.

If this storybook season ends with a loss due to the defense being distracted because of this, it would be the most "LSU" thing to ever happen to LSU.
