re: shakeology meal replacement

I did shakeology a few years ago and really liked the results. I was just replacing lunch with a shake and working out more.

I wanted to get back into it this year but forgot how expensive shakeology is. I ordered Vi Shape from amazon. I cant really say much because it's just been a week. But I guess I like it so far. It definitely tastes better than shakeology.

New Orleans bass fishing

Posted by BraveUlysses on 11/8/18 at 8:23 pm
Hey guys, I just moved to NOLA and i'm living in the CBD. I've got a rod with me and was looking to do some easy bass fishing between work shifts and after classes.

Any advice on places to hit up? I've heard City Park and Bayou St John. Any particular places within the park or bayou that are accessible and you've had luck with? Or any other spots around the city worth checking out?
2019 LSU commit and Oxford (Ala.) inside linebacker Kendall McCallum is undergoing heart surgery on next Monday, according to a report from The Anniston Star Tuesday afternoon. The report from Joe Medley said that the 6-3, 230-pound linebacker posted on Snapchat that he'll have "heart surgery next Monday."

"All prayers needed," the No. 21 overall inside linebacker said in the post, according to The Anniston Star.

His high school coach, Ryan Herring, said the senior had "asthma issues" last week and that things are still up in the air as far as surgery.

“If he’s got an issue, he will have,” Herring told The Anniston Star. “They may have to put heart cath (catheter) in on Monday. They have a heart monitor on him now. I hope everything is going to be OK.”
