Anyone worried about BYU's offensive line and defense - dirty play?

BYU's offensive line and defense is known to arguably be the dirtiest group of players in the NCAA. Anyone worried about cheap shots, shots to lineman and linebacker's knees, etc? If the game especially starts getting out of hand, and I assume it will be, that just concerns me.

Is this known?

I have never heard this until this thread.

O/U on how many days this takes to be "common knowledge"?

Probably just saying that because they probably have a bunch of Pacific Islanders with scary sounding names.

If our players can handle Aubbies and especially Gators, this shouldn't be an issue.

Heard they grab and poke eyes. Maybe they figure their only chance of finger banging anything is on the field.

I would laugh my arse off (and possibly reconsider my stance on the HC hiring) if BYU pulled some shite like that against an LSU player and Coach O ripped his shirt off and ran out and leveled the guy that did it.

I can say with absolute certainty that US club/college rugby teams with large number of Polynesians on their team are the dirtiest in the country.

They are some great athletes(just look at the New Zealand All Blacks) and extremely nice off the field. But during the match, they'll stomp your head if given the chance.

One look at the BYU roster and you'll see the influence i'm talking about.

I'm more worried about their lines having 'old man strength' since they're on average like 6-7 years older than our linemen

Can't be any worse than Tuberville.
If LSU can't beat dirty BYU in Houston (pretty much a home game) it's going to be a long year!
