It's his fault he hired BP after he caused enough friction with Aranda he chose to leave. The 2020 W/L record is on O, like the 2019 record. His record of hiring staff/coordinators at LSU is largely sketchy, own it.

You are correct.....
Non of that is his fault...
He is paid millions to address ..correct and optimize the cards given him and adjust..plan and operate for present and the future...

Also he is the face of the program and of lsu...he needs to act like that...

If I pulled some of his antics when presenting things to senior management and things were not going my way my boss would be having a serious conversation ASAP and it would be reflected on my bonus and promotion (and possibly employment) direction...

From what alternative universe do you call home? In no circumstance is this not his fault... he repeatedly says so after every shitty performance. Why are you so blind to this?

Its simple accountability, who do you think is to blame for all the points raised?

God help us if this is how we hold people accountable for their job.

There was no reason for this post. And all you did was deflect blame because you like the coach. You encourage people to come and shite on him more with posts like this.

It his fault for problems that are going on under his watch. If my employees who report to me are fricking up you know who gets their arse chewed out? Me! It’s the same with coach o.

Now I have said he deserves the chance to right the ship and fix his mistake that he did this year because of last year. But it is unacceptable to have a losing season and be blown out by 30+ points twice in the same year.

Also stop with he’s a good man so give him a pass. We only use that excuse when someone is bad at their job but we like them. Whether he’s a good man or not has nothing to do with his coaching ability.

I agree with most everything you posted, however O needs to cut Pelini loose and hire another D corrinator.

His hires this year are awful and that’s what he paid to do. He gets another year but anything short of major improvement and he should be gone.

What do fans, true fans, owe the program?
Point out every weakness, at every opportunity, non stop, even a week before the signing date.
There must be several Alabama fans posing.
Once Covid passes and a new group of recruits are signed and we start winning again, then it will easy to back the staff.

He has to get past trying to have all these former associates be a coach for him. Look at what happened when he hired outside of that, he got the most prolific offense on his way to a championship. Sometimes it’s hard to step outside your comfort zone. He better find a way because he’s out of people to blame if this happens again next year, especially if he gets rid of all the coaches “he” hired and are used as scapegoats.
