There is your answer.
This is most of it. Henry has unreal work ethic and dedication to his craft. Fournette gotvrich and sort of lazy.

Fournette has more god given ability as a pure RB than Henry but a lot of your success in the NFL is based on the situation around you. Henry was placed in a great spot under Vrabel with the titans while fournette played with the jags during mostly bad years but got to reap the benefits of playing with Brady. Henry does seem to keep himself in better shape more consistently than Leonard.

Fournette was outrageously overrated

This! a few years back he did an interview and he said he’ll get up to 260+ during the offseason.

Anyone surprised that people come up with retarded topics

Henry has a much better work ethic. No shocker that he is the better back.

It never ceases to amaze me how much LSU "fans" love to shite on former players and/or coaches. This bozo hit the daily double by combining crapping on Miles and Fournette in the same post.
Being a negative dick doesn't make you smart, it just makes you a dick.

Lf7 superbowl, Henry nothing. By Gump standards lf7 is better.

Henry seems to run on a whole different level mentally, looking back on it, it sure seemed like Fournette would of been the better one.
i don't have any stats but what i remember is Fournette never had as good a game when playing against the elephants from Gumptown, AL.
he always seemed timid. that or CLM was giving the plays to lil Nick.

What’s wrong with crapping on miles? Guy’s a pervert who has a football IQ equivalent to a wet sponge.

Fournette has a ring and ran for a TD in the Superbowl. Scoreboard

Fournette was better in high school and college. He played in a horrible offensive system facing stacked boxes.
Fournette also has a ring in the pros. No doubt injuries have effected him since his junior year and in the NFL. Pretty much everything at the NFL level is defined by work ethic and his weight has never looked in control in the pros like he was built in college.

not defending him but he was a minor leaguer in what coaches have gotten away with for decades, vic of the times if you will, torpedoed by allegations more than anything, look at Petrino, he's gainfully employed and there's zero question about what he was doing

Guice was the better back. He could slip, slide and pivot. Things Fournette wasn't especially good at. Another great college rb who wasn't dominant in the NFL is Darren McFadden. He dominated college but if you're stiff in the hips, the NFL will shut you down.
You can be an upright runner with stiff hips and do well, but you have to be in the right system.
LF's biggest problem was that he never developed as a runner and didn't have that feel for the position. Coming to LSU was bad for him because he basically just followed the FB who made the decisions and then either hit the hole or got stuffed. Miles also screwed him with his dino offense and not developing him as a receiver.
If you want a comparison to why LF failed in the NFL (as a runner), it is Reggie Bush. Both guys were dangerous if they got an opening created by others, but had no idea how to play RB. If the hole wasn't big or obvious, they had no plan and no ability to improvise.
Henry has the freak package of size/strength but he also understands how to be an efficient and intelligent runner. He finds holes, cuts back, and makes things happen when nothing is created by others. He also has the big play ability when he gets a seam.

One got the privledge of playing with the best quarterback to ever walk the planet.
You probably think Brad Johnson is better than Dan Marino too don’t you?

Just remember, on the worst day of his life, Les Miles knows more about football and has achieved more out of life than you ever will.
True dat bruh.

Both are very talented backs and while Fournette is more naturally physically talented, Henry was better in three key areas:
1) he had a chip on his shoulder and never let it go.
2) he’s a work out warrior and always put in the work. Fournette had more natural talent but Wasn’t willing to put in the work. He lived off pure talent and didn’t expand on jt like Henry.
3) much like in college, Henry went to a much better situation with a better scheme, overall OL and just better environment. Fournette went to a cluster of a team in the Jags.

I don't get this "LF had more talent" argument. Henry is a legit freak. He's got everything LF has but more. Bigger, stronger, faster, more agile/explosive.
