Anyone else notice Aranda throwing shade at O during postgame interview?

Could be nothing, but it sure sounded like he had a certain someone on his mind as the moment set in

I think everyone’s got egos, and everybody has, um you know, ideas about how to do it, or ‘My way’s better,’ or, you know, ‘This is what’s worked in the past.” And I think to get all that and to not cover up but to open yourself up so people can see you and then connect to that...and do that 100-fold with a team...it’s a lot of work, but we did it.”

I thought it was a very confusing answer. I never thought of Orgeron when I heard it.

I doubt it. He was probably being cathartic about 2020 at Baylor but who knows?

Yeah, Aranda is going to be 3lite. Dude is a brilliant football mind. He will recruit like gangbusters because he knows his craft, while others are used car salesmen

I thought of Coach O as well but not sure Aranda was throwing shade.

Sounded like he was perhaps discussing himself or his staff. The last time he was with O they were national champs

He was talking about briles/rhule imo. He's on record saying when he got there he didn't want to change what was working, and flopped.

Orgeron isn’t even on that dude’s mind. Stop looking for shite that isn’t there

He was talking about him and coaches on his staff

I didn’t think of Orgeron when I heard but now that you mention it it is certainly applicable.

That is a reach. Sounded more like channeling his inner Les Miles type of answer.

Nah, he was speaking of his team and what they’ve been through. I don’t see him wanting to shovel dirt on O. I’m really happy for his success. They’re a fun team to watch.

The mental gymnastics it took for you to get to this conclusion

Going to suck coaching against this dude when someone poaches him to the SEC.

It just sounded like phycology coach-speak to me.

I don't think Aranda was talking about O, but I did think about him while he was saying it.

Oh frick off with this dishonest bullshite. Why don't you quote the entire question in which she referenced his going from two and seven last year to winning a conference championship this year? THEN she asked what it took to get to this point.

At this point anything smart that Aranda says can be considered shade at Orgeron bc of how dumb Ed is and was
